Job Description

We are currently seeking business development professional to market a full suite of Payroll Outsourcing / Staffing and HR services to the clients throughout India.
  • Building close relationship with potential clients via cold calling in person meeting.
  • Role is highly consultative role as they meet with potential clients and will be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Selling HR services such as Temp Staffing, Contract Staffing,payroll services
  • Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment
  • Must be extremely good in communication skills Verbal/Non-Verbal
  • Must be target oriented
  • Should identify, forecast & pursue staffing opportunities through networking, cold-calling, relationship building etc.
  • Consistently increase revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts
  • Set several sales appointments weekly with potential new and existing clients.
  • Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
  • Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical
  • Emphasize salable features, quote prices and prepare sales contracts.

Salary: INR 3,75,000 - 5,50,000 P.A. Sales Incentives

  • Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Advance Power-point presentation & Excel skills
  • Relationship building ability to work with Accountants and other financial professionals.
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. - Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
