Job Description

  • To ensure that the account is managed to customer satisfaction and all new business opportunities
  • are pursued in a professional manner.
  • New business development and support.
  • The organizational goals with respect to the account are met.
  • Program management for assigned accounts.
  • Accountable for Sales target, Order Book, SEPM, Budgeted Net Revenue and Operating Profit.
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and preparing reports.
  • Develop close working relationships with the Indian OEMs.
  • Handles customer visits/relations for all accounts.
  • Provide input to R&D regarding market technical developments and needs.
    Maintains communication with existing customers and contacts prospective customers.
  • Follows up with customer on technical issues arising from review meetings or other discussions to clarify technical requirements and suggest other potential solutions where appropriate.
  • Accountable to Support project management

Knowledge of working in SAP environment.
