JOB DESCRIPTION

Exp : 1-5yrs

The role: KAM- Pharma

Business : Food Care Hygiene

Education " B.E / B.Tech (Tier I or II only ) with Chemical domain (desired)

Role & Responsibility:

We are looking to recruit dynamic, young professionals who as Account Manager, will contribute to the fast growth of the Food Care business in India.

Specifically the key deliverables from the role are as follows:-

a) Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales budget

b) Ensure timely collections of AR and C-forms

c) Be able to create a balance between long-term growth applications and at same time identify and work at short term, low hanging opportunities as well

d) Maintain, grow and lead relationship/business within the defined territory in Food Care sector.

e) Work with central sector team to replicate successes across different sites of customers

f) Ensure retention and satisfaction of existing customers/applications and continuously hunt for new business

g) Identify customer needs and convert them to opportunities

h) Lead product/application trials, demonstrations, trainings in the territory

i) Map the market & build the opportunities

j) Train & support the distributors in territory

The incumbent will have to travel within the defined territory in India and will report to the Sector Head who owns the P&L for the Food Care business.

The candidate profile

The incumbent should:-

a. Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters Degree in Science from a reputed institute

b. have strong academic background

c. consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude

d. be confident in establishing new contacts, nurturing relationships, presenting and communicating

e. preferably have 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or technical services role

f. ability and willingness to learn on the job

g. be prepared to work hands on and establish applications at customer locations

h. be prepared to travel for extended periods of time
