- Understanding and analyzing the client's requirements
- Sourcing and posting of job on the job portals and other social media platform.
- Using Online Database (Job Portals) & Offline Database to find out technically fit resources.
- Telephonic/Skype Interviewing of the prospective candidates for accessing their Technical Fitment, Cultural Fitment, Stability etc.
- Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
- Responsible for negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc.
- Follow-up with candidates for Post Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations, etc till joining.
- Achieving the assigned target as per the role
Salary: INR 90,000 - 1,25,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have Excellent Communication (Written & Oral English)
- Should have excellent skills / Good knowledge in Non- IT / IT Industry
- Should be mature and proactive and mature to take ownership of work.
- Should be target oriented.
- Should have sound analytical and creative thinking
