Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain, develop and profitably grow existing customer base by providing existing and new institutional customers profitable system solutions while delivering a standard of service excellence.
Key account Customers (end users, influencers, decision makers), Govt. agencies, Exhibitors.
Education:- BE/ B.tech/M.Tech- M.Sc/B.Sc MBA (Marketing) optional
Experience :-Min 3-8 yrs of experience in Chemical Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Project sales in B2B Environment.
Handling key accounts and subordinates.
Directs and co-ordinates sales and marketing services in a major city or small region to achieve sales targets and related objectives.
Handle Corporate, Institutes , Govt. agency for sales growth in assigned territory.
Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
Pitch products and services.
Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.
Advise businesses on local, national, and international trends.
Develop relationships with Clients/Customers/End users.
Demonstrate company products and solutions.
Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems
Business knowledge of the industry, must be self-motivated, creative with a high-level of energy, customer focus, strong selling / negotiation skills, knowledge of product and its application, Current awareness,
Basic knowledge of chemistry and formulation, Cost analysis, Good conceptual & problem solving skills essential.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented, CRM, key account management
Leadership, good observer, business etiquette, and proper grooming standards.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
